TWEAK REPORTING

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

Tweak Reporting is an internal tool built and used by Tweak Marketing to prepare client performance reports. This page explains what happens when a Tweak team member connects a Google account to it.

What we access

When a Tweak team member chooses to connect their Google account, Tweak Reporting requests permission to read (never modify) the following, strictly to pull the figures needed for the client reports that team member already works on:

Nothing is accessed unless the team member explicitly starts the connection and grants these permissions through Google's own consent screen.

How it's used

Data pulled through this connection is used only to populate figures and charts in that team member's own client reports inside Tweak Reporting. It is not used for any other purpose, not analysed for anything beyond report-building, and not combined with data from any other source.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share this data with any third party. We don't use it for advertising. We don't access accounts, properties, or clients beyond what the connected Google account itself already has permission to see โ€” Google enforces that boundary, not us.

How it's stored

Only a long-lived authorisation token is stored, in a private, access-controlled Cloudflare Workers store, so a team member doesn't have to reconnect every time a report is built. The underlying Google account password is never seen or stored by Tweak Reporting at any point โ€” Google handles authentication directly. Report data itself lives in Tweak Reporting's own client dashboards, alongside the other report content already stored there.

Revoking access

Any team member can disconnect Tweak Reporting from their Google account at any time, immediately and independently of us, at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
